Come to Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland to join us on Saturday, July 9, 2011 for a fun-filled and exciting afternoon of solving crossword puzzles -- all to benefit a great cause!
Last year we had 85 contestants and raised over $2,600.00 for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society due to the generosity of the sponsors and contestants!
Will Shortz, the New York Times Crossword Puzzle Editor, will once again provide the puzzles for our competition. The puzzles will range in difficulty from easy to moderate and will be able to be solved by contestants of all ages and abilities.
The Western Pennsylvania/West Virginia Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will be the beneficiary of the proceeds from this event.
